VLA Annual Meetings are designed for members, guests and their families to learn, laugh, network, eat well, and prepare to take on the world when returning to work! Children under 12 may attend for FREE!
Please reserve your lodging by July 6, 2026 as these great room rates will be higher afterwards!

1. PLEASE PRINT THIS FORM FOR YOUR RECORDS AND TO ENTER YOUR PAYMENT TOTAL DISPLAYED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM, ON THE PAYMENT SCREEN. You will need to provide that total when completing your payment entry on a separate screen. You will be able to pay via credit card in the payment screen.
2. If you purchase a BEST VALUE BUNDLE below you will NOT need to enter individual events. However, please indicate all activities you plan to attend under Special Events.
