We are proud to announce a new agreement between Forestry Mutual Insurance Company (FMIC) and the Virginia Loggers Association (VLA). This updated partnership continues FMIC’s long‑standing financial support of the Association and VLA’s strong endorsement of Forestry Mutual for more than 15 years. This change strengthens both organizations and reinforces their shared commitment to Virginia’s logging and forest‑products community.
Under the new structure, FMIC will continue supporting the Association through an endorsement fee consistent with its historical contributions; however, FMIC will no longer pay individual VLA dues on behalf of policyholders. FMIC and VLA strongly encourage all policyholders to renew their memberships directly. Your support ensures VLA can continue advocating for loggers, sawmills, wood‑producing facilities, energy producers, and related businesses across the industry.
